Your primary responsibilities are to receive and respond to customer calls and providing information to our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Answer urgent and non-urgent phone calls
· Provide information, document interactions using predefined scripts and templates
Position Requirements

· Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and be 18 years of age
· Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language
· Ability to speak clearly and project good voice tone
· Ability to accurately document and present information during phone interactions
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 to $14.50 /hour
