Duties and Responsibilities:

• Know the menu and deliver food from the kitchen to the dining room & patio
• Clear dirty tables and reset them for the next customer
• Sweep debris and wipe up spills in the dining room
• Operate the glasswashing machine and polishing glassware
• Maintain glasswash machine cleaning solutions
• Polish flatware and fold table linens
• Keep restrooms clean and tidy during service and restocked with hand soap, hand towels and toilet paper
• Setup & breakdown water station and service station
• Keep water station and service station stocked, clean and organized
• Move furniture inside from the patio (must be able to lift 40lbs)

You Should Have

• Positive attitude, a strong sense of hospitality, and a professional work ethic
• Experience with high volume dining and tailored step of service
• Prioritizes tasks focusing on guest needs first
• Open availability and a desire to learn
• A valid Food Handlers Certification are required and must be obtained before entering this position
