    We are currently seeking an experienced and savvy Social Media Specialist able to leverage trends and key insights to develop engaging evergreen social media content and promotional campaigns. This position will partner cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class marketing initiatives that fosters awareness, drives business and deepens consumer connections. They will have an acumen in all things digital, including campaign creation, customer acquisition, community management, high-end execution and budget management. At the heart of the role is a desire to bring our brands to life through innovative and engaging content, and ensuring we deliver on the brand promise across every touchpoint.

    The ideal candidate has a strong tactical digital background, is highly self-motivated and has the ability to align strategy, goals and objectives across all digital platforms. 

    This is an events-driven role. The ideal candidate is flexible in terms of schedule (nights and weekends) and comfortable in restaurant and nightlife environments.

    RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Drive the implementation and optimization of the social media strategy

    •  Produce high volume of content across multiple brands that reflects the unique voice, objectives and target audiences of each brand

    • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to create and execute cohesive campaigns and monthly content calendars that help achieve corporate marketing goals

    • Capture and produce engaging photo and video content to promote brands, products, promotions and events (may occur outside of normal business hours, schedule to be adjusted as needed)

    •  Lead coordination of social content shoots, develop shot lists, communicate directly with restaurant teams to facilitate shoots

    • Identify audience targets, post content and track analytics across all channels

    •  Monitor social feeds, ensure messages are answered by Social Community Management, like posts, reshare on-brand UGC content

    •  Ensure social community management is handled professionally and in a timely manner 

    •  Identify best practices to streamline and optimize customer review processes

    •  Develop quarterly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams

    •  Oversee influencer outreach, incoming requests and coordinate on-site comps and events

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or work experience equivalent
    • 1-2+ years related social media and content development experience within a professional marketing or advertising setting
    • Portfolio to submit that illustrates your experience
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
    • Adaptability in dynamic event and nightlife environments
    • Strong balance of creative and analytical thinking
    • Proven verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers
    • Strong project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
    • Solid planning and organizational skills, with experience proactively managing multiple projects from inception through to execution and reporting
    • Professional experience developing and posting content and campaigns across social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok and YouTube
    • Detail oriented and self-guided individual who seeks clarification when needed and adheres to deadlines
    • Ability to work some evenings or weekends to support business/event needs
