RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule appointments with homeowners about solar
• Answer questions of potentials customers while building trust
• Help present solar proposals to prospective customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent verbal communication
• Excellent customer experience
• Honest and strong moral compass

COMPENSATION:

• Training Pay: $15/hour = less than 25 hours; $20/hour = more than 25 hours
• Commission: $125/sit + $50/close
• Once your commission surpasses your hourly, we pay you the commission instead!
• Average rep makes $800- $1,000 per week while in training!
