    Our Financial Department is looking to add an energetic and well-disciplined Administrative Assistant to the Team! See below for Tasks and Requirements:

    Initial Tasks Assigned:

    Be the initial point of contact for the Accounting Department, answer department phone, and respond to emails promptly.

    Provide Administrative Support to the Vice President of Finance.

    Responsible for Account Maintenance and invoicing entry.

    As our client base expands and one has been proven capable in their position, responsibilities will be added.

    Requirements:

    Must have experience with Microsoft Excel.

    Proficient computer skills required as well as an understanding of basic accounting.

    Flexible schedule.

    Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
