At ProCon Staffing, we are currently seeking someone to take on the role as 'Project Coordinator' within our company. This individual will need to be passionate, energetic and take direction from our senior project coordinators.

In this position, the project coordinator is responsible for recruiting, interviewing and placing our employees. The ideal candidate will be hands on, pro-active and detail oriented. Recruitment will have a focus on hospitality, landscaping and general labor. The project coordinator will have to be familiar with state and federal regulations. This person will also have to familiarize themselves with our systems and procedures on a daily basis. In addition to great growth potential, our company offers vehicle allowances, annual bonuses and full use of company tools (Laptop, cell phone, etc..) in order to be successful.
