Ensure content resonance with target demographics and continuously enhance effectiveness through data-driven analysis.
Social Media Advertising:
Conceptualize and lead the implementation of impactful social media advertising campaigns to amplify brand visibility and audience engagement.
Monitor ad performance metrics and refine advertising strategies based on actionable insights to maximize ROI.
Social Media Monitoring and Engagement:
Supervise brand mentions across social media platforms and proactively engage with user interactions.
Ensure timely responses to user comments and inquiries to uphold brand reputation.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to oversee the performance of social media initiatives.
Generate regular reports, analyze data trends, and offer actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, with demonstrated managerial experience.
Proven track record in managing multi-platform social media endeavors.
Skills:
Exceptional writing and editing proficiencies, adept at crafting compelling content.
Proficiency in operating and managing advertising on platforms such as Red, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat.
Strong data analysis capabilities and adeptness in report writing.
