We are looking for a competitive Pharmacy Sales Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. Novir is an emerging Biotechnology company located in Milwaukee, WI and is growing significantly. Novir develops, manufactures, and distributes reliable inexpensive point of care screening solutions for infectious disease. Our vision is well beyond Covid-19, however its where we got our start. We are growing rapidly and need to bring together an experienced sales team. We are building a commission based contract sales team focused on the Pharmacy Channel and looking for candidates who currently sell to pharmacies, have sold to pharmacies in the past and who would have significant contacts within this channel both at the small pharmacy and larger corporate level. Ideal candidates will have an excellent customer mindset along with a medical device or pharma background.
You will focus on distribution channel development, key strategic partnerships, and key account management, developing, and marketing an attractive product offering, product development and branding efforts to support the company in your channel. You are responsible for developing the value proposition for the channel, establishing company critical strategic partnerships, and acquiring key strategic accounts, and setting sales plans based on company goals. The Sales Representative will also provide key market intelligence to support the constant development of the overall company strategy. Below indicate the main activities expected:

OFFICE ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates from your home office. Travel is possible but not mandatory. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, computer mouse, phones, photocopiers, projectors, and file cabinets. A professional office environment is required at all times. Client Solution Directors must always maintain a professional level of communication and office environment when customer facing.
