We teach and utilize the most advanced evidence-based practices available in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field. We are looking for behavior technicians who live in South Orange County (Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine, Lake Forest, and Aliso Viejo areas). We provide in-home, school, and clinic behavior treatment for children diagnosed with Autism and related disorders. Job SummaryAs a behavior technician, you will work 1:1 in the client’s home or school setting using ABA methodologies. You will use play and natural opportunities to teach a variety of functional and daily living skills to children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other developmental delays. This position has the opportunity to go full-time.

    Responsibilities

    Work 1:1 in the client’s home using ABA and PRT strategies.

    Implement data collection procedures set up by the case supervisor to evaluate goal progress.

    Collect data on stated objectives and bring appropriate materials (including toys) as needed to facilitate the implementation of goals.

    Qualifications

    Must be a creative and energetic person.

    Have at least 6 months experience working with ASD population or children with developmental delays.

    Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

    Have current car insurance, reliable car, and driver's license to drive to sessions.

    Bilingual speakers are strongly encouraged to apply!

    Be familiar with technology and know-how to use an iPad.
