We are looking for behavior technicians who live in North Orange County (Garden Grove, Anaheim, Orange, Buena Park, Santa Ana, Fullerton, and Huntington Beach areas). Job SummaryAs a behavior technician, you will work 1:1 in the client’s home or school setting using applied behavioral analysis (ABA) methodologies. You will use play and natural opportunities to teach a variety of functional and daily living skills to children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other developmental delays. This position becomes full time after 4-6 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 in the client’s home using ABA and PRT strategies.

Implement data collection procedures set up by the case supervisor to evaluate goal progress.

Collect data on stated objectives and bring appropriate materials needed to facilitate implementation of goals.

Qualifications

Must live in North Orange County.

Be a creative and energetic person.

Must have at least 6 months experience working with the ASD population or children with developmental delays.

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Reliable car and driver's license to drive to sessions.

Bilingual speakers strongly encouraged to apply!
