Job Summary
As a behavior technician, you will work 1:1 in the client’s home or school setting using ABA methodologies. You will use play and natural opportunities to teach a variety of functional and daily living skills to children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other developmental delays. This position has the opportunity to become full time after 6 weeks of employment.
Responsibilities
Work 1:1 in the client’s home using ABA and PRT strategies
Implement data collection procedures set up by the case supervisor to evaluate goal progress
Collect data on stated objectives and bring appropriate materials (including toys) as needed to facilitate the implementation of goals
Qualifications
Must currently live in Orange County
Must have previous experience working with children
Be energetic and creative
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
