JOB BRIEF    

We are looking for a REACT DEVELOPER to design and develop front end experiences for our client facing applications.

EDUCATION     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar degree (4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree).  Masters preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS    

• 3+ years of software development experience in:

  • REACT

  • GRAPHQL / APOLLO

• Ability to rapidly self-train on new technologies
• Knowledge of web-based applications and architecture
• Passion for solving complex problems
• Keen interest in open source and learning new technologies
• Enjoyment of sharing knowledge with teammates, and working collaboratively when you need help

OTHER REQUIRED EXPERIENCE   

• 5+ years of experience working with Agile methodology
• Experience in translating front-end mockups and wireframes into functioning applications
• 5+ years' experience in designing/coding for high availability and performance.
• 5+ years of experience with rapid prototyping / simulations / iterative design
• Understanding of HTTP interaction with browsers (request types, request headers, synchronous/asynchronous requests).
• Understanding of page rendering orchestration within a browser
• Experience at using browser development tools within each major browser
• Delivering software using a container based infrastructure
• Familiar with Docker, GIT, GitHUB, CircleCI, etc. around continuous integration and continuous delivery infrastructure
