TITLE: Healthcare Recruiter/Account Manager

LOCATION: Remote (Cincinnati, OH Preferred)

HOURS: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday

COMPENSATION: $50,000+ Base Salary and weekly commission

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Recruit and place contract, contract to hire, and direct placement professionals across territory • Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and contractors • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on job sites, networking, etc. • Full phone screen, conduct reference checks, and interview all candidates for open positions

• Work closely with account managers and sales team to ensure division growth and client needs are met

QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST:

-2 years healthcare recruiting experience

-Recruiting business development experience

-Excellent customer service skills
