We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist for our Houston office. The ideal candidate would be proficient in customer service, retail experience and sales. This candidate should also have an interest in furthering their career and skills, personally and professionally. The customer service specialist will be responsible for keeping up to date on product knowledge and client information. The sales specialist will greet local consumers and inform interested parties about our client’s line of services as well as help them acquire said products and services if so interested. The customer service specialist will have the opportunity to teach and train others once they fulfill the basic skills that are required for the initial position.
