What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a barista who:

Has at least 1 year of barista experience (including espresso machine operation and drink preparation).

Loves working with families—from toddlers to grandparents.

Thrives in a close-knit, friendly work environment where collaboration and conversation are part of the daily grind.

Is available to work weekends (a must!).

Brings a positive, proactive attitude and a strong sense of community.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages to WonderPlay’s standards.

Provide friendly, thoughtful customer service to guests of all ages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café space.

Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented work culture.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with food safety guidelines

ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring

Excellent customer service skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for extended periods
