Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide essential in-home care services that improve clients’ quality of life:

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

Provide medication reminders and companionship

Support daily living activities and promote independence

Deliver compassionate care in a variety of home settings

Caregiver Requirements

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required—we provide training for qualified Caregiver candidates

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Pass a written competency exam, background check, and drug screening

Strong communication skills and a caring, dependable personality

A genuine passion for helping others as a professional Caregiver
