Join Our Team as a Community-Based Direct Support Professional!

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one community-based support to an individual in Fairless Hills, PA.

In this role, you will assist the client with daily living activities while promoting independence, community engagement, and overall well-being. A significant part of this position involves safely transporting the client to appointments, activities, and other community locations, so a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and community-based support.

Assist with daily living activities based on the client's individual needs.

Safely transport the client to appointments, errands, recreational activities, and other community destinations.

Encourage independence, social interaction, and community participation.

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Ensure the client's safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (Required)

Clean driving record

Ability to safely transport a client in your personal vehicle

Previous experience as a DSP, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or in a related field is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable, compassionate, and patient

Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings
