Community Participation Support (CPS)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Location: Sperry St., Philadelphia, PA 19152

Overnight DSP

Schedule: Overnight Shift

Hours: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Location: 73rd Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19126

Job Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Support community integration and participation

Implement individualized support plans

Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of individuals served

Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping as needed

Requirements

Previous Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience is required

Experience working in a residential setting is strongly preferred

Valid Driver's License is required

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
