Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential | Driver's License Required

Pay: $17/hr

Effraim Home Care Agency LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential team. If you have a passion for helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safely and independently, we'd love to hear from you!

Available Shifts

Shift 1 (Overnight)

Sunday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Monday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Shift 2

Friday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Every Other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Every Other Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Shift 3

Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.

Support individuals in achieving independence and community involvement.

Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.

Administer or assist with medications as directed.

Complete daily documentation and progress notes.

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.

Transport individuals to appointments and community activities as needed.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License is REQUIRED.

High School Diploma or GED.

At least 18 years of age.

Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Previous DSP, Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or related experience is preferred but not required.
