Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Weekend Residential Position

📍 Sperry St, Philadelphia, PA 19152 💲 Pay Rate: $17/hour 🕘 Schedule: Every Other Weekend | Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others? We are currently hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide care and support in a residential home setting in Northeast Philadelphia.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)

Assist with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, and community engagement

Support residents with maintaining a safe, clean, and positive home environment

Encourage independence and social interaction

Complete documentation and report any changes or concerns appropriately

Transport clients to community activities or appointments as needed

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED

Previous DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or direct care experience preferred

Experience working with IDD individuals is a plus

Reliable, patient, and professional

Ability to work every other weekend consistently
