About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team for a residential home located in the 73rd Ave area. This role involves providing hands-on care, support, and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities in a safe and nurturing home environment.

We are hiring multiple DSPs to ensure full coverage for overnight and every-other-weekend shifts.

Overnight Shifts

Thursday 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM

Friday 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM

Saturday 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM

Every Other Weekend

Friday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support in a residential home

Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal prep

Maintain safety and follow individualized care plans

Support clients with recreational and community activities

Document care and progress as required

Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life

Requirements

Previous DSP/caregiver experience preferred

Reliable transportation

Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Must pass background checks and required clearances
