💼 DSP RESPONSIBILITIES

As a DSP, you will:

❤️ Provide compassionate direct support

🏠 Assist with daily living activities and routines

🛡️ Promote safety and well-being

🌟 Encourage independence and community involvement

🤝 Provide companionship and meaningful engagement

🍽️ Assist with meals and household routines as needed

📝 Complete required documentation

Communicate important updates with the care team

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

🚗 Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED

Reliable and dependable

Compassionate, patient, and respectful

Strong communication skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous DSP, caregiver, healthcare, or direct-care experience is a plus

Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
