Direct Support Professional (DSP) 📍 Location: 1842 73rd Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19126 💰 Pay Rate: $17/hour

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide support and care to individuals with special needs in a residential home setting. This role offers multiple shifts to fit your schedule, with opportunities for both primary and backup positions.

🧡 Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

Provide companionship and emotional support

Escort and assist clients during appointments or community activities

Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment

Follow individualized care plans and complete necessary documentation

📅 Available Shifts:

Shift 1 – Every Other Weekend 🕘 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM |

Shift 2 – Weekdays 📅 Monday & Thursday | 🕘 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM |

Shift 3 – Nights 📅 Sunday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM 📅 Monday – Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM |

Shift 4 – Nights/Weekends 📅 Thursday & Friday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM 📅 Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

✅ Requirements:

DSP or caregiving experience preferred but not required

Must be at least 18 years old

Patient, dependable, and compassionate personality

Ability to pass background checks and required screenings

Reliable transportation to work location
