• Perform signature Blo blowouts, braids, updos, bridal styling, makeup & extension services • Deliver our signature Pink Carpet Guest Experience • Build lasting guest relationships • Recommend memberships, retail & service enhancements • Participate in education and team training • Maintain a clean, organized, upscale environment • Create a positive experience for every guest and teammate
