Position Overview

Comfort Experts is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer for both residential and commercial work. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow with a company that values structure, teamwork, and efficiency.

Hourly Pay: $25 – $65/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Lead installation jobs from start to finish

Install residential and commercial HVAC systems

Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards

Communicate with dispatch and team members throughout the job

Maintain a clean and professional job site

Assist in training and guiding junior installers when needed

Qualifications

Proven HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial)

Ability to manage and lead installation jobs

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

EPA Certified

Work Expectations

Most equipment and materials are ready at the warehouse

Rare occasions may require vendor pick-ups

Occasional weekend work may be required based on workload

Willingness to work occasional weekends
