Foundations Learning Academy – Richmond, VA

Foundations Learning Academy is seeking a dependable and energetic Cook to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a childcare environment and preparing nutritious meals for young children.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and snacks according to menu guidelines

Assist with serving meals to classrooms in the cafeteria.

Receive food deliveries and properly store inventory

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards

Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Previous cooking or food service experience preferred

Knowledge of safe food handling practices

Ability to lift and store food supplies

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Must pass background check
