Masis Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading food manufacturing company to bring motivated, reliable individuals onto their Packaging Team. Whether you're looking to start your career in manufacturing or take the next step, we're ready to train the right candidates!

1st Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM
2nd Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate and maintain packaging machinery

• Inspect and package products with precision and care

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines

• Rotate between different stations to keep work engaging

• Keep accurate records and documentation

• Work together with your team to hit production goals

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to stand for the entire shift

• Great attention to detail & strong hand-eye coordination

• Basic reading and math skills

• Team-player mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible with scheduling

• Must be able to read and write in English or Spanish

• Packaging experience is a plus, but not required — we will train you!
