About the Role: We are currently sourcing resumes for future part-time Scheduler positions. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people, we’d love to connect with you!

This role is ideal for someone who is available on weekends and looking for consistent part-time hours. While most shifts will fall between 10 AM – 10 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, there may be opportunities to pick up weekday hours as well.

After a successful probationary period, there may be a hybrid work option available.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and schedule appointments based on availability and service needs

Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, or scheduling software

Ensure accurate and timely data entry into scheduling systems

Provide top-notch customer service and problem-solving

What We're Looking For:

Availability to work during weekend hours (Saturdays & Sundays)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using scheduling software or CRM platforms

Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, or customer service a plus
