Your Role: Preschool Teacher
As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in designing a joyful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. You will plan and implement meaningful, play-based learning experiences that nurture each child’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Working alongside a collaborative team of educators, you’ll bring professionalism, creativity, and care to everything you do.
What You’ll Do
Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum with paid weekly planning time.
Build trusting and responsive relationships with preschoolers through positive interactions and consistency.
Foster a classroom culture rooted in curiosity, kindness, and cooperation.
Observe, document, and assess children’s growth to guide instruction and celebrate milestones.
Communicate with families regularly to build strong, respectful partnerships.
Maintain a safe, organized, and joyful classroom that promotes exploration and independence.

What You Bring
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required or actively in progress).
Experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood setting.
A professional presence, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with emergent or play-based curriculum approaches (preferred).
Strong communication skills and a commitment to reflective practice.
