✨ Position: Preschool Teacher

📍 Location: One of our two beautiful, well-respected centers in Toledo, OH 🕘 Schedule: Full-time

🎒 What You’ll Be Doing:

Designing and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum

Building loving and responsive relationships with your preschoolers

Encouraging child-led exploration, independence, and problem-solving

Collaborating with fellow teachers to create a supportive, fun, and consistent classroom environment

Communicating with families to share milestones, updates, and joyful moments

Observing, documenting, and celebrating learning and growth every day

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting

A heart for children, a collaborative spirit, and a love of learning

Strong communication skills and a growth mindset

Familiarity with play-based and emergent curriculum is a plus!
