CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Based Near Springfield

Weekly Home Time + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus | Solid Pay | Late-Model Trucks

If you're a CDL-A driver near Springfield with at least 3 months of recent experience, we've got a great regional position for you. This role offers reliable home time, competitive pay, no-touch freight, and equipment you'll actually enjoy driving.

Here's What You'll Get:

• Home Weekly: Get a consistent 34-hour reset at home each week.

• Mileage: Expect to average 2,000 miles a week, actual miles may vary with your available hours and schedule.

• Run Type: You'll be covering regional freight, with an average trip length of 300 miles.

• Freight: All dry van and 100% no-touch, about 50–60% is drop & hook, the rest live load.

• Weekly Earnings: Around $1,200 gross per week.

• Modern Equipment: Drive late-model Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths, 2021 and newer.

• Support When You Need It: 24/7 access to our operations and dispatch teams.

Extra Pay Opportunities:

• Sign-On Bonus: Earn $500 after your first load, and another $500 after 30 days of active driving.

• Performance Bonus: Boost your earnings with up to 3 CPM more based on safety and productivity.

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after two hours of wait time.

• Breakdown/Layover: $100 a day when you're held up or equipment is down.

Time Off:

Vacation is earned as follows:

• 1 week after your first year

• 2 weeks at year 3

• 3 weeks after 7 years

• 4 weeks once you hit the 15-year mark

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Clean driving record

• Must pass a DOT physical and a hair follicle drug screening
