Team Performance: Lead, coach, and hold team members to daily KPIs that drive growth

Sales Execution: Oversee demos, close rates, and membership sales across all studios

People Development: Hire, train, and elevate managers, stretch practitioners, and sales talent

Operational Systems: Ensure consistent execution of Stretch Zone’s systems and the 11-Star Client Experience

Regional Accountability: Report weekly to ownership with KPIs, wins, breakdowns, and next steps

📊 What You’ll Be Measured On:

Membership and revenue growth

Studio-level close rates, show rates, and rebooking percentages

Call volume and lead follow-up productivity

Utilization of staff and room schedules

Team energy, professionalism, and accountability
