Position Overview

Resource Teachers play a key role in supporting classrooms throughout the school. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting lead and assistant teachers with daily routines

Providing classroom coverage as needed

Supporting children’s emotional, social, and academic development

Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Ideal Candidates

We’re looking for individuals who are:

Enthusiastic about working with young children

Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented

Eager to learn and grow within a leading early childhood environment

Positive, patient, and dedicated to supporting children’s development

Previous experience in early childhood education is a plus but not required—we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed!
