🔹 What You’ll Do:

✔️ Assist the Head Volleyball Coach in leading structured, high-energy training sessions and seasonal camps.

✔️ Coach athletes of various skill levels—from beginners to advanced players.

✔️ Run drills, skill development exercises, and team-building activities.

✔️ Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all athletes.

✔️ Offer constructive feedback to build players’ confidence and skills.

✔️ Help manage daily operations: equipment setup, breakdown, and overall court logistics.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ A passion for volleyball and a strong desire to mentor young athletes.

✅ Prior coaching experience or high-level playing background required.

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.

✅ Reliable, organized, and energetic coaching presence.

✅ Ability to work evenings and weekends during the season, with flexibility for tournaments and camps.
