    About the Enterprise Sales Account Executive Associate position

    NowSpace is currently seeking a high-performing, results-driven Enterprise Sales Account Executive. This full time position is based in Dallas. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for Fortune 500 companies and other large enterprise users to introduce them to the NowSpace experience. 

    This role will drive strategic and tactical business development activities with our Enterprise customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for sourcing and working with fast-growing companies that are approaching the "Enterprise" size threshold. 

    Our Enterprise Sales team sells a compelling value proposition for Enterprise customers to work with NowSpace for their total office solution. Due to our significant size and scale advantage, we can provide solutions that no other flexible space provider can offer.

    Enterprise Sales Account Executive responsibilities are:

    As a member of this team, the successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

    • Generate new business through prospecting, engaging, and closing deals at key Enterprise accounts.
    • Have ownership for all customer development activities and quota achievement within an assigned list of accounts and markets.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with champions at key target accounts.
    • Responsible for forecasting and detailed pipeline management.
    • Provide continuous feedback to the broader team about positioning, requests, and competitive landscape.
    • Be an ambassador for the company, our product and services, and the professionalism we are bringing to the flexible workspace market.

    Enterprise Sales Account Executive requirements are:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 5 years sales experience to large companies
    • Proven ability of showing consistent achievement of enterprise sales quota
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Experience managing enterprise sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
    • Experience working in entrepreneurial environments
    • Highly motivated self-starter with strong desire to win
    • CRM experience
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and phone presence
    • A strong interest in working in San Francisco.
