About the Frontend Developer position

Frontend Developer responsibilities are:

• Work on all frontend aspects of the web stack (JavaScript/React/Redux, HTML/CSS,)
• Build, optimize, and maintain an easy-to-use, powerful web application using React
• Work closely with product managers and designers
• Craft elegant solutions to fix bugs and solve problems
• Actively look for ways to build and improve experience for all our members
• Help drive the direction of UI Experience

Full Stack Software Engineer requirements are:

• BS in Computer Science
• 3 years of industry or equivalent programming experience
• Understanding of core CS concepts, such as, common data structures and algorithms
• Positive, "Get Shit Done" attitude
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and strong desire to win.
• Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
• A strong interest in working in and love for the city of Austin.
• Deep passion for the entrepreneurial ecosystem - startups, VCs, accelerators, etc.
