Job Description
We are seeking a CAD CAM Technical Support to join our team! You will resolve computer/equipment-related issues for your clients.
This is a remote position working from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Provide technical assistance with 3D Printers, Milling Machines, Scanners, Sintering Ovens.
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous CAD CAM Dental experience required
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
