    Job Description

    We are looking to hire a Social Media Influencer to join our team. This role will be responsible for building customer acquisition through a thoughtful owned, earned, and social media strategy on social media platforms such as, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube. Will be responsible for all estimated revenue from paid social programs, and a key component of the brand’s future growth. 

    Salary range: $43000 - $55000 per year.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Plan, execute, monitor, and scale ads campaigns across channels, including Facebook and Instagram, to meet our business objectives.

    • Define campaign message, strategy, and funnels for scalable audience acquisition.

    • Identify influencer partners and negotiate fees.

    • Develop relationships with online influencers to promote our products to the relevant demographics.

    • Keep track of our competitors’ digital presence and their social media performance so you can research and action change based on emerging trends.

    • Manage 3rd party and sponsored social media ads.

    • Document shifts in allocation from plan and forecasting based on platform performance and opportunities.

    • Analyze and optimize campaigns (targeting, creative, bid, audience, daypart, platform, etc.)

    • Act as an in-house social media expert and keep an eye on trends and ways to improve engagement.

    • Maintain a “testing” budget to find new opportunities while protecting revenue.

    • Develop creative briefs aligned to business goals, platform requirements, and creative performance.

    • Manage interns that will track trafficking.

    • Partner with the leadership team to improve overall campaign performance and leverage organic posts and customer engagement moments for amplification to new audiences.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1 year of digital marketing experience, managing social media and influencer accounts KPI’s

    • Lifestyle consumer Products campaign experience preferred

    • Must have advanced level skills on excel and InDesign

    • Organised and can work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong editorial and copywriting skills

    • Able to foresight into forthcoming industry trends.

    • Breathe creative flair and posses a strong visual sense

    • Be a self-starter with bags of initiative

    • An interest in trends and new technologies

    • Creative, with a keen eye for visual detail 

    • Able to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail

    • A confident team player who will is able to work with people across all levels of the business and communicate with external contacts and clients

    • Prior influencer experience preferred
