    Job Description

    A social media customer care associate handles tweets and Facebook posts from dissatisfied customers. This role involves monitoring an organization’s social media accounts, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating problems to a manager when necessary.

    Salary range: $37000 - $50000 per year.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create engaging content on a variety of digital media platforms independently.

    • Bring social creative to life and will work closely with creative partners across the company as well as the publishing teams.

    • Create and publish engaging social media copy and ideas for our brand

    • Compose impactful, on-brand marketing messaging with a primary focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    • Brainstorm and ultimately execute creative writing that helps break-through in-feed and across platforms.

    • Meet quick-turn deadlines, and participate in meetings as required.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma required.

    • Bachelor of Marketing, Communications, or similar field is an asset.

    • Experience in Social Media required.

    • You have experience in content creation formats (After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite & design templates in Google docs or Canva, sheets, slides, IG, TikTok, FB live, etc.)

    • Previous experience in an agency is an asset.

    • You can get a team excited about your ideas.

    • Confident providing direction during on-set productions.

    • You lead an appropriate level of craft.

    • You can multi-task naturally without compromising quality or craft to meet the demands of multiple productions effectively.
