JOB DESCRIPTION Proficient with Active Directory security and distribution groups. Proficient in PowerShell. Proficient with AD group policy OU and domain tree structure. Proficient with ServiceNow for Incident & Catalog request management. Understand and follow Least Privilege principles. Proficient with MS Excel list features (filters, vlookup, pivot tables). Good communication skills.

Saviynt Access Governance tool

Provisioning SAP ERP & BWP roles and transactions

Ansible, chef, puppet automation tools

Familiar with MS SQL queries

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Streamline manual Active Directory changes through PowerShell scripting, the Saviynt provisioning tool and other automation methods. Where possible, develop scripts/automation for Tier 1 & 2 teams to resolve common incidents related to access that are escalated to Tier 2. Review new hire account provisioning procedures and streamline/standardize through scripting and other automation methods. Streamline our audit response and attestations by developing scripts and other automation methods. Work on incident tickets for associates having problems accessing resources. Resolve, transfer, or escalate the ticket. Provision access for new hires, ensuring that accounts, mailboxes, and application access is setup by the new hire start date. Provide exceptional customer service by following up with associates promptly in a courteous manner to resolve their issues. Respond, fulfill requests submitted by associates for additional access. Respond to internal and external audit requests, providing the requested evidence and data. Follow all security procedures to ensure all granted access is approved by the defined approval groups.
