We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Marketing professional with experience working for an Assisted / Independent Living Community, Nursing Home, Memory Care Facility, Continuing Care Retirement Community, etc.

Must have a BS or equivalent. Having a strong Healthcare background is a Must. Working closely with Registered or Licensed Nurse (RN/LN) and caregivers is also required.  Candidate should have 5 – 10 years experience as a Marketing Director / Manager for an Assisted Living Community, Nursing Home, Memory Care Facility, Continuing Care Retirement Community or an equivalent.

You will collaborate with the CEO and other staff to take a highly important/valuable solution to market. The individual must have experience and knowledge of the inner workings of these organizations and been successful at leading marketing programs / initiatives. Our target audience includes Assisted and Independent Living Communities, Nursing Homes, Home Healthcare Agencies, Memory Care Facilities, CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Communities) and seniors living at home. The individual in this role will utilize their experience and training to help guide the product/technology, business processes, sales and marketing collateral and be an important contributor when meeting with our target customers. Our ideal candidate will leverage their medical training and experience to educate other staff members in all areas of the business. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of a variety of the challenges and issues facing seniors, their medical and health issues, maintaining their independence and their living situations. The candidate must have a compassionate and hard-working attitude focused on improving the lives of seniors and their family members,.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leveraging your Marketing skills within a Senior Living environment to Influence the design of the product
• Provide Business requirements on sales and marketing initiatives
• Present to customers, partners and staff as part of building relationships
• Use your marketing experience within the Senior Healthcare industry to develop key messaging and positioning statements
• Evaluate the competitive landscape and be capable of articulating key differences
• Improve the differentiation our product with key features and process improvements
• Communicate with medical professionals (Doctors, nurses, therapist's, caregivers to understand challenges and issues facing Seniors and families.
• Provide business development expertise in the process or identifying potential customers
• Monitor and report outcomes and results of the NtelCare solution as part of deployments
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance how NtelCare cab be an important part of their lives
• Be champion for promoting NtelCare
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Initiate critical communications to staff, management and partners
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
• Monitor patient data from NtelCare and assist the development of predictive analysis
• Participate in the requirements and development of AI
• Document procedures and critical communications using a variety of tools
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Communicate clearly and directly with management, staff,, customers and partners
• Elevate the intellectual capabilities and knowledge of staff on senior care

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in geriatric care
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
• Valid state nursing license
• Experience as a nurse in a hospital, nursing home, assisted living community or other health care setting
• Understanding of standard medical practices and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and great bedside manner
• Ability to work weekends as required
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with customers, staff, management and partners
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• The ability to develop and create important product and sales material
