    Now, with added capability across the venture studio to support world-class platform development and digital marketing, we’re seeking a President to lead Falconer from advising single clients to creating a leading primary and secondary transaction platform.

    As a President of Falconer, you will lead/own: 

    Directly serving as a trusted advisor to both the buy and sell side

    Managing the full lifecycle of a client’s capital formation and liquidity strategy:

    • Developing and maintaining the pipeline of opportunities; sourcing and evaluating potential strategic and corporate development ventures

    • Communicating compelling value propositions to partners and investors, building investor presentations and financial materials 

    • Utilize advanced quantitative skills to build, analyze and evaluate financial models; provide rapid and accurate market judgements to colleagues and clients

    • Draft marketing materials, conduct due diligence, and engage in transaction negotiations

     

    Executing and continuously improving the:

    • Strategy for sourcing, vetting and supporting clients’ strategic objectives

    • Client service process framework; ensuring reliable quality and efficiency of execution and delivery

    This role is ideally suited for a person with the following experience and qualifications:

    Deep experience within the venture capital/startup vertical of investment banking:

    • Proven track record leading full-cycle transactions across various sectors

    • Evaluating and interpreting financial statements 

    • Interacting with and influencing senior executive-level clients

    Familiar with the securities industry’s regulatory environment, including the JOBS Act and Regulations CF, A, and A+

    Highly analytical and organized, client- and detail-oriented. Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills 

    No ego; “can-do” and “roll-up-the-sleeves” attitude that instills confidence through collaboration and persuasive support - demonstrated team orientation

    Gravitas; projects confident competence; speaks and writes clearly with conviction

    Entrepreneurial/Commercial instinct, with a high level of energy and drive, able to work independently with minimal supervision or direction under pressure and tight deadlines - high level of integrity, motivation and work ethic

    • By compensating our people on a PROFIT-SHARING BASIS we 1) fundamentally support rather than exploit our people, 2) keep the BS to a minimum, and 3) unlock the insane power of durable, high-performance teams. 

    • By issuing equity grants with a standard 10-year vesting period, we make every employee an owner, and incentivize the creation of LONG-TERM VALUE.
