We're searching for an EXPERT at building out websites for our clients using our WordPress templates and then studying usage patterns to optimize conversion rates and improve usability. Ideally, the new hire will have the ability to structure, improve and split test websites and landing pages to maximize their effectiveness in producing sales. This role includes coordinating building and managing the site with our WordPress developers, web designers, QA testers and content writers. If you already have these supportive skills that would be very beneficial (especially web design) but it's not required. Our clients are home service business owners who heavily rely on effective marketing campaigns and business services so you'll need to be able to consistently create and demonstrate ROI for them. This is a full-time position at our office in Apex, NC. Minimum expected working hours are Monday through Friday approximately 8AM to 5PM. In this role, you will: - Build out websites in WordPress based on our client's photos, logo, branding and properly implement color scheme to make site look appealing - Review and improve existing mobile and desktop webpages to come up with a list of changes to implement - Setup and monitor website data analytics and A/B split tests to improve conversion rate, user experience (UX) without hurting Google ranking - Provide guidance to our content writers and/or have the ability to write marketing copy yourself - Coordinate development with offshore WordPress developers and SEO team members - Supervise and mentor other staff members in usability and optimal conversion design practices - Effectively use data (Google Analytics, A/B Testing Tools, Heatmap Tools, etc.) to constantly review and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI - Use WordPress to create and update Websites The ideal candidate will have: - 3+ years of experience in designing, optimizing, and testing websites and landing pages (home service business experience is particularly helpful) - Proven expertise in Photoshop, Mobile and Desktop Usability, Website Conversion Optimization and A/B Testing Tools - Proven track record of marketing success including testimonials from previous clients and/or employers and case studies with results - Ongoing desire and interest in continually improving websites and campaigns that are already running well to keep squeeze out more improvements - Highly organized and able to manage many different concurrent priorities and projects - Collaborative and innovative spirit with a strong desire and motivation to constantly learn and improve - WordPress development, Web design, Photography and copywriting skills would be helpful but aren't required - Unbounce, LeadPages, ClickFunnels, Optimizely experience also helpful but not required We are a small but quickly growing full-service agency serving clients in the Home Services industry.
