Qualifications:
Detail oriented
2 years experience
Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
Computer skills a must (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Good customer Service Skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and vendors
Invoicing
Email customer invoices
Matching invoices to PODs and POs
Collect on open balances
Deposit Checks
Apply payments to the appropriate account
Bill credit cards
Generate sales tax report
Answer phones
Data entry
Filing
Miscellaneous accounting duties
