    JOB SUMMARY

    The Business Development Officer - is responsible for selling Nu World Title, LLC products and services to customers within an assigned territory and market segment. Responsibilities include building relationships with customers; advising customers on products and services; maximizing profitability on products and services; and acting as a liaison between sales, other departments and customers on products, services and technology.

    JOB ROLES

    • Build and maintain business relationships with prospects and existing customers.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of Nu World Title, LLC products and services
    • Develop and seek new qualified leads and sales opportunities through the defined sales plan.
    • Report business development and sales activity as required by sales manager.
    • Achieve personal sales and targets according to the ales plan provide by sales manager.
    • Maintain CRM by tracking target list of prospective, qualified customers and monitor conversion from lead to customer.
    • Work along side the operations team to solidify transactions for a smooth closing.
    • Properly represent the Nu World Title, LLC brand within the market and industry events.
    • Update industry knowledge by offering NWT Academy educational opportunities to the real estate market.

    ROLE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

    • Systems Knowledge - MS Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint , and CRM software
    • Understanding of the key element drivers of the title and escrow industry including trends and knowledge of the competitive market.
    • Must also have an understanding of the closing process from A- Z and how our Customers and Prospects successfully operate within the realestate market.
    • Strong communication, leadership, customer service, presentation, people skills, works well with others, and negotiation skills.

    EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE

    • 2-4+ years sales experience (Title Insurance industry experience preferred).
