    About the  Position

    As an Inside Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential customers (inbound leads) who are actively looking for brake repair services (no cold calls). Once engaged, you'll use open-ended questions and active listening to understand the needs of the customer and position NuBrakes as the best solution. It will be your responsibility to ensure that potential customers view NuBrakes as the best brake repair option (it's not hard -- we're more convenient, more affordable, and more trustworthy). 

    You'll be joining our team at an early stage (<20 HQ employees) and you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth, pursue opportunities for skill development and work closely with our senior leadership team.  

    What You'll Do

    • Join a high growth startup with an opportunity to develop your career, diversify your skill set, and become a better salesperson
    • Directly drive company growth by turning inbound leads into customers through inbound and outbound calls (all warm inbound leads; no cold calling)
    • Work with customers to understand their needs, handle their objections, and position NuBrakes has the best brake repair option for them
    • Oversee the daily operations of our rapidly growing team of brake repair technicians throughout Austin, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio to ensure they're set up for success

    • Coachability - ambitious, fearless, and a desire to improve your sales and operations skillset
    • You're quick-witted on the phone when it comes to overcoming someone's objections
    • You're data-driven when it comes to sales goals and metrics
    • High energy attitude and ability to effectively communicate with others

    JOB DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

    • Full Time
    • $15-$20 depending on previous experience
    • Health Insurance
    • The ideal candidate can work on weekends
