About the Position
As an Inside Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential customers (inbound leads) who are actively looking for brake repair services (no cold calls). Once engaged, you'll use open-ended questions and active listening to understand the needs of the customer and position NuBrakes as the best solution. It will be your responsibility to ensure that potential customers view NuBrakes as the best brake repair option (it's not hard -- we're more convenient, more affordable, and more trustworthy).
You'll be joining our team at an early stage (<20 HQ employees) and you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth, pursue opportunities for skill development and work closely with our senior leadership team.
