    About the  Position

    We are seeking a Customer Success team member to join our high performing team where your primary goal will be to communicate with prospective customers (inbound leads) and convert them into bookings. You will assess the brake repair needs of potential customers, provide accurate quote estimates, and tactfully book appointments. In addition, you will have no difficulty balancing the 'on the fly' nature of incoming appointments with the schedule of our NuBrake Technicians. Communication and quick problem solving are a must.

    Customer Success and Operations Coordinators do not need to be 'sales people' at heart -- if the customer is comfortably informed on how we work and why we are the best brake solution, the service sells itself.

    What You'll Do

    • Directly drive company growth by turning inbound leads into customers through inbound and outbound calls (all warm inbound leads; no cold calling)
    • Work with sales, operations, marketing, product, and engineering teams to improve the process, products, and organization
    • Oversee the daily operations of our rapidly growing team of brake repair technicians throughout Austin, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio

    What we are looking for in you: 

    • 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role and/or operations-related role
    • Coachability - ambitious, fearless, and a desire to improve your sales and operations skillset
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience talking to customers on the phone is a plus, but not required
    • Automotive-related experience is not required but also a plus
    • High energy attitude and ability to effectively communicate with others

    JOB DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

    • Full Time
    • $15 - $18 per hour
    • Health Insurance
    • Ideal candidate is open to working on weekends
