THIS POSITION WILL START PART TIME AT 15-20/HR WEEK. AS BUSINESS GROWS, GOAL IS TO INCREASE TO FULL TIME TO 40 HOURS.
TITLE: Sales Service Representative
REPORTS TO: Director Field Operations
TERRITORY: Kileen TX region
JOB OBJECTIVE:
This individual will deliver easy to use recovery equipment to patients’ homes and Fort Hood base prior to their surgery. During the appointment the representative will teach the patient how to use the equipment. This individual will follow up with the patient throughout his or her prescription to ensure compliance and then pick up the rental equipment at the end of the patient’s prescription.
This individual helps the company achieve maximum sales profitability and growth by effectively introducing prescribed recovery devices to the patient over the phone and then delivering the devices to the patient’s home prior to surgery. This position has no office to report into, you get to work remote from your home when not out working with patients.

CORE FUNCTIONS:
- Deliver the highest caliber of service to patient customers. The highest degree of empathy, effective verbal communication, ability to troubleshoot and attention to detail required.
- Work with patient customers by securing appointment times for equipment delivery.
- Work with patient customers by thoroughly explaining delivery paperwork with an ultimate focus on closing the sale through securing all required patient signatures.
- Upload delivery paperwork without errors in a timely manner.
- Consistently and effectively articulate the features and benefits of all product lines while selling to patient customers.
OTHER JOB DUTIES INCIDENTAL TO SERVICE:
- Resolves customer complaints / concerns by investigating problems and developing solutions
- Maintain knowledge in all aspects of the use and operation and maintenance of all equipment being sold in order to maximize sales acumen. Must be able to lift max. of 30lbs. (equipment)
- Occasionally will communicate with patients (remotely) from other geographies, similar to telehealth. In this scenario you would introduce our products and services and the company would ship the device to the patient from a logistical hub. Upon receipt you would then work with the patient over the phone on how to properly set up the device. The majority of patient support will be face to face though within Fort Drum region.
- Maintain clear understanding and adherence to HIPPA rules and compliance regulations in order to maximize education level during sales process and comply with home healthcare requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned, such as travel ( rare) to another location to cover their region during an outage. Must be able to make flight, hotel and car rental accommodations. Again, travel will be rare if any.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possession of a post- secondary degree or professional certification preferred but NOT required.
- Previous experience in the Healthcare industry preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determinate solutions for customers using consultative sales approach. Must be results orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills a must.
- Fastidious attention to detail in written communication.
- Reliable car and willingness to drive distances, of course we reimburse for mileage.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Applicant must be vaccinated.
