NuTrend Dry Cleaners is seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit organization. We provide a variety of exceptional garment-based services including dry cleaning, shirt laundry, wedding gown preservation, leather and suede cleaning and minor alterations. Customer Service Representatives act as the face of our company, and are at the first point of contact in providing exemplary customer service. You will help welcome the customers, receive and process their garments, and complete transactions. The right candidate has experience with cash handling, face to face customer interaction, and is a good communicator.
NuTrend Dry Cleaners, a family owned and operated business since 1986, has served the Omaha area for 30 years. We have 6 locations and we pride ourselves in giving our customers the highest quality in clothing care.
Duties for Customer Service Representatives Include:
· Greet customers warmly
· Take and process incoming garment transactions
· Handle cash and credit transactions
· Awareness of garments’ special requirements
· Handle general customer inquiries and feedback
Requirements for Customer Service Representative Include:
· Superb communication skills
· High energy and a friendly, outgoing attitude
· Comfortable using POS system
· Quick problem-solving ability
· Cash handling experience of 1 year or more
· Flexible schedule with the capability to schedule weekly
· Ability to lift 15 lbs
· Reliable transportation
