It recruits potential customers through a variety of sources, including; online marketing, event sponsorship, education content and professional referrals. To support its continued growth, NuView seeks to hire a marketing manager to lead a small internal team along with outside vendors to identify and capture qualified leads.
In business for 15 years, NuView IRA provides self-directed retirement account administration to over 7,000 clients with over $1 billion of assets under administration. Unlike most financial services firms, NuView specializes in allowing clients to self-direct their account outside the stock market into tangible investments, such as real estate, mortgages, precious metals, private companies and more.

Objectives of this Position
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal and third party vendor support
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Work with sales team and vendors to identify, generate and nurture leads
Direct all lead generation through internal and external educational events, exhibits and conferences
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Working in partnership sales and executive leadership to develop all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Overseeing online lead generation activities and monitoring metrics to make necessary adjustments to increase campaign effectiveness.
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and opportunities
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Online lead generation experience and/or certifications
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
3 - 5 years of experience as an analyst/strategist
Experience with marketing automation and CRM management
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
