Position Description:
The Retail Sales internship role will learn the day to day job functions of a full time NuView sales professional by assisting them in their day to day functions. This position will provide real hands on experience by communicating directly with NuView clients, engaging with prospective NuView clients at large events while assisting our full-time sales staff. This position is designed to equip an intern with entry level sales professional knowledge and understanding of prospecting activities, sales process, relationship building, CRM data management, follow up processes, and achieving sales goals.
In this position, you will be challenged to bring the same dedication, appetite for learning, and professionalism that we expect from all of staff members. You will be expected to master the self-directed IRA educational courses that all new employees must undertake and use that knowledge to the benefit of the sales team.

Activities:
Assisting sales staff with administrative duties related to deficient applications.
Searching and building a new prospect list with defined targets for our sales staff to contact.
Assisting sales and marketing staff in preparation for large events and conferences.
Data entry into salesforce for large campaigns and conferences.
Assisting sales staff in attendance at large events and conferences.
Assisting sales staff at large events in capturing prospect contact info.
Expectation of a Successful Candidate:
NuView needs an intelligent individual with extremely high-performance standards that will be tireless in accomplishing any task assigned. He or she will easily blend in with the professional and dedicated NuView staff. The candidate will have a strong appetite for learning, a willingness to take on responsibility quickly, and a demonstrated desire to serve others. The bottom line is that the candidate will be asked to create a marked positive impact on the sales department and on NuView as a whole.
